Awesome item, delivery was a bit sluggish

I got a new long stair step tailpiece to swap out one that had a cracked hinge, and it showed up pretty fast. But, the mounting holes needed some drilling because the screws they sent were too thick to fit through the casting. Plus, the Phillips heads were super soft and got messed up easily, even when using the right driver. I really would’ve liked an extra set of screws so I could pick the best ones instead of dealing with the few that stripped and ended up with rough heads. Looks like I’ll have to hunt down some decent brass screws online to fix this.

I got a speedy reply to my email question that clarified there was a problem with the shopping cart on the clothing page, but it’s all sorted now. This let me go ahead and make my purchase. It shipped shortly after, and I got it without any problems and I'm pleased with it.

I dropped $60 on a pickguard, but it didn't include any hardware. The website ought to make this clear.

Ordering was a breeze and super quick. The strap I got turned out to be way sturdier than I expected, featuring top-notch leather connection points that seem like they'll last a long time. It's also really comfy to wear.

The one downside is that there’s no tracking info provided. It’d be great to have a tracking number, rather than just sitting around waiting for the delivery without any clue about its whereabouts.

I had been on the hunt for a 12 string guitar for over a year. My wife spotted Josh's announcement about his D’Angelico signature model and quickly ordered it as a birthday surprise for me. Unfortunately, when I saw the purchase on the bank statement, I accidentally spoiled the surprise. I mentioned that I was looking for a 12 string, but this one turned out to be a six string. I had to act fast to avoid ruining the joy of the gift. We decided to hold off and see if I would like it, and I’m really glad we did. It showed up quickly and in perfect shape, and wow, what a guitar! The sound is full and powerful, with a balanced tone throughout the range, and the playability is top-notch. The finish and ornamentation are simply stunning. When plugged in, it sounds just as rich and full as it does unplugged, with the only difference being that it’s louder. I’m absolutely in love with this guitar. Josh, D’Angelico, and my wonderful wife have truly blessed me, even when I didn’t deserve it.

I was in need of a tailpiece for a fix. A so-called expert on these guitars told me I required the 'long' version. Turns out, that was a mistake! I reached out to D'Angelico, and they got back to me super fast. I sent back the wrong part and within two days, I had the right one. It looks fantastic! Their guitars not only play but also sound amazing! Plus, the customer service is top-notch!

My order arrived right on time. It was promised to be signed and numbered by Josh Turner himself. Just absolutely gorgeous and a joy to play.
